 Fisher House, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, volunteer and donation driven. Your company’s support is vital to its ongoing service to military families facing medical crisis. All donations are tax deductible; Tax-ID: 74-2603325.

Key Tournament Sponsor levels:

Platinum, $15,000 | Gold, $10,000 | Silver, $5,000 | Bronze, $2,500 As a Key Sponsor your company will receive:

•Verbal recognition on the day of the event,

•Recognition as a key supporter of Fisher House, Inc. for one year on our website. 

•Recognition in Helping Hands, the Fisher House, Inc. newsletter. 

•One free foursome team on the day of the event for all key sponsorships, two foursome teams for Platinum sponsorships.

•Recognition sign on the putting green.

Single Hole Sponsorships $1,000 per hole | $500 for a half-hole. 

Hole sponsors receive a recognition sign at their hole, or may place their own sign nearby. They may also contribute a large prize for a hole-in-one at their hole. Prizes are also needed for raffle items and goodie bag premiums.
